Today I have completed 1 year at sunSTRATEGIC, and what a glorious year it has been! I feel like, I have grown so much during this time, and I'm glad it happened at sunSTRATEGIC. This is a great place to work, given the work culture, the quality of work, the management and so much more! It has helped me polish my work as well as personal skills to a great extent. I started this amazing journey as a part of the ORM team and slowly and surely progressing through positions. I am now the head of four departments, namely ORM, Call Monitoring, Creatives, and Social Media Marketing. sunSTRATEGIC provided me the perfect environment to take me from the top of these departments, letting my creativity flourish, and even helping me execute it. This has been one of the best professional years of my life and I hope to witness many more right here at sunSTRATEGIC! The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
