This company lacks skills in employee management, which I feel is a huge setback. Management does not have a healthy professional relationship with the employees. Honestly, while working with sunStrategic, I felt like a slave because apparently you are not allowed to talk to other employees, you are not allowed to take breaks for more than 15-20 minutes (even if you work for 12 hours a day!!!). The CEO is unprofessional and manipulative and had serious issues and professional disagreements with many ex-employees. The work environment is extremely torchering and work-life balance is zero, which is why majority of the employees don't stick around for more than a year (because employees wouldn't get their experience letters, if they leave the company before completing a year)...Read More

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
