Likes

Good work enviornment and good culture. Teammates are Supportive and there is huge cafeteria. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give goox salary and bonus every year.

There iS a lot of politics anc tne management doesnt address our issues.There us a bond of 2years before which we cannot resign.

The job is quite intresting. I struggled a bit in the begining as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
