It's a small scale company but there is lots of opportunity to learn, it's open to innovation & readily adopts the latest technology. They're not compromise in punctual & quality of work. It's good environment to learn about solar field.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but the growth is little bit slow. The work is high, sometimes I've to work 10-14 hours straight in a day so I haven't balance my life cycle. Superior person did not evaluate this, which is why I've to take back my suggestions here.

Work Details

Learnt on technical aspects & practically implemented on site. Validated the project performance & optimized the electrical system. Executed the plant on scheduled basis.
