Companies culture is best, but some area managers deterored this by doing unethical work of sales activities and they pressurised the sale executive to do this. And in this way they get removed from job everytime. This is the condition of jabalpur and the division name is crosland life, where 3 sales executives were removed from thejob and all are due to unethical sales, which is been carried out in bhopal and gwalior also, but manager having good relations with other three territory so, those executives are safe because they share some amount with the manager. This manager is a bad person and i think he should be removed immediately....Read More
