in sun pharma team is good for working with enjoyed. training performed every months and required by well trainers. Salary deposited in last date of months. Appraisal is not good here.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
