Everything I like about sun pharma company is that its good company overall

Dislikes

Work life balance is not there when employee takes emergency leave trust issue is there with Manager which should be taken care so that employee work smoothly after getting out of family problems

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
