It was a good learning experience. I worked with the best of Pharmacists, Packaging Techies, PhD's, Engineers, Scientists. Enjoyed a good rapport. Visited manufacturing plant, attended professional workshops sponsored by company. Since I was at R&D center, got the liberty to explore new ideas and implement them. I owe my technical knowledge of packaging development, to the company.

I had no issues as such since I enjoyed a very good IPR. But few had problems because of that. Late sitting was a norm and working on weekends was taken into account for appraisals. Superiors were always up to take credit for some one else's efforts. One had to make extra efforts to make oneself visible to higher management.
Work Details
I was the first one from creative design in packaging development. Took care of packaging design for dosage forms right from concept to pre-press and to final print run. Being a part of the R&D team, got to learn technical part of packaging too.
