No proper Training is given in apprentice.Some senior treat apprentice as there pune. and Inspite of giving training Managers and officers tell to perform and complete the task on time. After completion They will not confirm even you perform well and ofcourse one should not come in this company that they will confirm you. And even after completion of apprentice you will not get confirmation and after few weeks hr calls you then aAsk offer letter on same time dont trust hr they wll ruin your months and last will say it will take time to give you an offer letter....Read More
