Company have no system and procedures for the working. No defined HR policy every thing on person decision. Work culture is very bad and no job security. Overall company not managed professionally.

very good customers having with mixed kind of segment , All the people are good & cooprative.

Dislikes

all are working like a unguided missile , No body empowered except accountant ,all policy is driven by account dept, .no timeline for employees growth ,nobody is ther to take care of employees , unnessary interference of all higher officials even for a small -small issues etc.

initially it was exciting but over a period of time it was hectic due to no support from higher officials & other dept.
