Nothing much, just a bunch of people gathered together to finish some stuff

Dislikes

Not able to finish what these people are gathered to do. Everyone is moving in a different direction. There is an environment of micromanagement running in the organisation. Overburdened employees have to work into multiple projects. The first organisation where i saw you have to work for couple of hours in 1 project and then some hours in another and then another project. No definition of how work has to be done and last but not least every day of useless meetings where they try to implement all the tech and gigs in their company which they don't even require...Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
