Very bad environment and culture, there is no life carrier , work pressure is so high, companies policies are too bad, there is no salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is lot more politics,salary is too less and there is no career growth.

There is no life here, you would always have work pressure only.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. Team mates are highly helpful and cooperative,a complete utilisation of training period a lot to learn and enhance Ur skills..as salary dnt match the expectation if Ur a fresher and as a experienced employee appraisal are just fine ..no politics at all that's the best here and work environment and culture is suitable easy n smooth ... innovative challenges are welcome always
