Job security is very low , since it a pharma company , data integrity is very important , if we deviate no questions they throw out , and also work life balance is difficult here.

Good in traditional and cultural values. Good relationship with employees from management in terms of giving employee benefits. Caring Admin staff for pandemic situations. Food is very good. Free transportation.

No Job security and no value for employees hard work during any major Audit contributions. Very bad approach from management in recognition of employees hard work efforts.

Nice people. All are pretty welcoming here. The work environment here makes employees feel connected and happy. They don;t want to leave because they;ve gotten used to the workplace, the people, and the management.
