Strides Shasun Ltd is the best Pharma company in my 17 years experience. Very employee friendly culture and best care to their people. Good growth opportunity for performing peoples. Provided best salary to its employees.

Dislikes

Though it is excellent company some of its policies are not benefit to the companies growth. And it ultimately leads to the loss of division. Even when My Team is performed increment is pathetic due to poor performance of the entire division which is the failure of top management.

Work Details

I enjoyed my work at Strides, faces all challenges which occurs in Pharma field like vacancy management, induction, field training, termination, union challenge, managing the ego of senior teammates, all kind of stockist issues.
