I like working with Streebo because during Pandemic it allow us to work from home and even after the problem got solved it allow us to work from anywhere so cause of that I can stay with my family at my native in my state.

Dislikes

It cannot be said as dislike that our senior are to demanding in work. they need the same perfection as we previously performed physically in office.

No career growth. Work life balance is terrible Instead of hiring experienced employee for tough domain project. They are hiring interns , Giving them basic training and onboard them on project and except project to run smooth, bugless, with excellent code quality. Seniors are not supportive

My friend worked in the organization for only 1 month and her/him experience was terrible.

After checking reviews of Streebo online multiple times, my friend joined the organization as no negative comment was found. But to tell you the truth, all the reviews that were mentioned on websites were wrong. My friend's experience was terrible. I am writing here to let you know that they will tell you that you will be working onjava technology but actually they will put you on JavaScript instead. Also for KT they just provide you the document and expects you to learn everything on your own. Leaves are so minimum, they only provide 1 leave each month. No CL or SL concept is there. They will tell you that they have learning session on every alternate Saturday. but the learning session was only for 1 hour and for next 4-5 hours you still have to work on your task and that will get you free by 6 PM as usual. Managers are so rude, they have very unprofessional behaviors and same goes with their Hrs. They will gossip about you with other team members like a child. In exit interview the HR will ask you what is the issue why your leaving the organization. They will ask you in front of Manager only, hilarious right !! Also you have to give explanation for each and every hour. My friend has experience of more than 3 years in industry and never had face such situations. It was horrible experience working for Streebo. My friend has to left the organization in 1 month of joining and in that also they took 1 month salary back. Managers are so rude, they have very unprofessional behaviors and same goes with their HRs. Micro-management is there. Also you have to give explanation for each and every hour. No respect for associates. They will gossip about you with other team members like a child. In exit interview the HR will ask you what is the issue why you are leaving the organization in front of the manager only, hilarious right!! I am having more than 4 years of experience in the IT industry and never had faced such situations. It was horrible.
