Terrible work Environment, Manager want you to be available 24*7. They will overload you with multiple projects and still expects you to meet the overlapping deadlines and if you are a good hard working employee than the manager wants only you to be responsible for all the work, they are least interested if you subordinate or collogue is not performing or giving excuses for work for them you are the only responsible person, Appraisals are given on team budget basis rather than individual performance...So, if you are working really hard for your job you might end up listening from the managers that they have to take care of other team members too. I would suggest only a fresher should join to give a start for his/her career and not to expect much from the company or you might end up having faith.
