Here I have learned so much work regarding quality management system, If you want to switch your Job Sterlite Power is best place for work in Pressurized condition.

Skill development - Excellent

Dislikes

Lot of Pressure given to an employee, Not working as per JD. This is the worst condition. If in interview your are selected for Quality Assurance after some time They will put u in QC and harrassed you. At the time of appraisal they give lots of excuses your work is so bad like that all escuses you can get from your manager. Afterall if u are independent work here than this organisation is better for gaining knowledge, pressure, experience, etc....Read More

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
