There is no support from company except allowing WFH,that is when our colleague highlighted this issue to CHRO. Company has not setup any rescue cell,no blood donor list,no incentives for CORONA warriors,No 24X7 support calls for Covid patients health check-up or enquiries.You have to individually take care of yourself incase you have corona,just inform to office so that they will take extra precautions in order to locate any chain transmission. This company highlights so many things but all are just advertisement. I know the real intent of people in the senior management .Top bosses comes with clear vision but these senior leaders understand it in their own frame of mind and mess with it. They don't value your innovative idea but rely on consultants and auditors to come and give idea....Read More

There are many things which can be improved in constructive way:
1) Bosses do not want to take risk and want their subordinate work as per their wish
2) Low appetite for risk and change management is very difficult.
3) Innovative ideas are on the paper and no support given to deliver it,later idea are droped as no incentive and research time is given to prove yourself. Check out how many innovations were done in 1 yr and how much fund was allocated to your employee vs spent by hired consultants.
4) If your boss doesn't likes you, you are finish.
5) HR listens to the complaint more than you,and you are evaluated by a 5 year old manager ,immaterial of you have 18 yrs of experience and you are working as chief manager.
6) Your boss will hire his subordinates having 8 year of experience as chief manager where as after 16 years of experience you have attained that position and there is no promotion in line waiting for you.
7) If you want to be in bosses good book then you will have to go for smoke,gutka,tea, lunch walk,late seating in office, and gift to their babies whenever come to office.
8) Training is not given before putting into job roles.
9) Management always allow to do business /contract with reputed companies,and small startups have no value .They want to bring standard solution with preconfigured scenarios,where as startups can do better to meet business need in possibly very low cost. But who cares?
10) No fund for function R&D on innovation.
11) When times are good nobody cares for money and now times are bad ,so issuing pink slips.
12) This company doesn't inherit the culture needed to sustain the value of innovation,fun ,respect and social impact. It is all on paper to showcase only.
