Overall Good Company to work, good perks like Company credit card, Half yearly bonus.

Dislikes

Due to frequent change in Organisation structure there is less security for Job. Yearly Hike is also capped for low level now.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
