I absolutely loved working as verification specialist for India team. It was a WFH setup and it was quite good experience working in Sterling. Salary is quite good for a person with a experience >2 years. They do have OJT which helps to be familiar with the work background if you're new to the field. Fix weekend off (Review is acc to the department)

Management is a bit chaos as they do mass hiring and they don't have enough trainers to help them get through. If you're a new to Sterling make sure you clarify and confirm twice each questions when they train you because tenured employees as well as some TLs are confused about their work policy or task.
