learning in the company was quite remarkble. i was guided a lot by my seniour on how to generate to converting and understanding the customers. i was new to electrical industry and so was my distributor. but this didnt impact my interview nd joinng. it became easire in the calculative manner.the products were sugested by my senioursand the secondary was taken case by the sales manager who was from electrical channel sales. and hence it becomes easier to achieve the target. it seems difficult in the begining however, trust me, if you put in the efforts honestly and time to time take your seniors advice, it will happen easily....Read More
