Working in sterling for last six month is a learning experience. finally got confirmed with additional hike of 10% offered salary. Handling channel sales appointed dealers got three subordinates so good growth opportunity. got to learn from managment & seniors. Going to get training in sterling factory on 14 June quite excited about it.

huge presure about sales in probation period. zero sales policy in probation period. getiing confirmation needed a lot of energy & performance.

best thing is they gave me my prefered location for working and after that they gave the oline induction so time was saved in coming and going. went with the customer directly. the ustomer is hppy with the services ad product. incentive policy is great.
