They will give you rigid target. no compromise over it. but after the probation the terms of employment are really great. the perks and benefits applicable after the probation are very nice. no doubt that every month end is a huge pressure day. peope are just behind the numbers. the dispatch takes sometimes 6 to 7 days which creates issues sometimes. the yearly increment after getting confirmed is very less.

i am working here since 2021. i have seen the company growing well since then. the company, in the begining is very strict and regid in terms of the targets which is comitted by the employeed during the interview. we cant just comit any thisng at the time of interview to just somehow get the job. we get the confirmation after 3 or 6months only when we are able to fuilfil and acomplish what we have comitted. but after the confirmation lif is very sorted. the best part that we also get hike at the time of confirmation which is just 3 to 6 months of joining.
