Stellar Aesthetics is a highly UNPROFESSIONAL company with numerous red flags for anyone considering employment. there is no company culture whatsoever, creating a toxic environment where employees feel unvalued and unsupported. job security is non existent, as for salary dont expect to receive it on time - you have to literally beg for your paycheck and even then they may not pay the full amount</mark>. the company offers no work satisfaction and to make matters worse, they dont even provide basic tools like laptops, Instead they expect you to work on a linux system with no option for windows which further hampers productivity. They dont even provide appointment letter or salary slips and there is no biometric or even attendance register in the office. The behaviour of the management particularly CEO JAI SINGH GUPT and DR SAPNA VADERA is extremely rude and disrespectful making the workplace even more unbearable. for anyone in navi mumbai area considering this company my advice is simple: AVOID THIS SCAM, you'll save youself a lot of stress and frustration....Read More
