Over all company is good because we learn lots of things from there which is very useful in our future or other organisation

First of I am thankful to this organisation because I learn lots of things from there but I have one suggestion like don’t judge the person on his/her job tenor, judge the people on his performance not on how much he or she is experienced in the organisation, sometime what happen old people doing work in company from last more than5 or 6 years old but if we see his performance it is not good and sometime the new joiner do his work with quality and timely manner as compare to experience person....Read More
