Summery for this State Street system is very biased, discrimate employees and faveratizm is very high ..this is ground realities..but HR and operations Manager always says that they are not doing any discrimination,and baisness.. I have all proof as I have applied for 40 +IJP when I am in rift now and last working date is 30th September.. I have already requested many times to HR I have enough experience and I can work any of the team and ready to relocate to other locations and flexible in any shift..the then company is not considered my any request..
