State Street started new development center here. It's like new startup. It's good place to learn financial services. It's not good place to enhance your technical skills.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Old technologies, no career growth, less trainings, no team-outings if any should bear from your pocket, no on-site opportunities, should listen to on-site team and should depend on them. You won't like that you're working in a product based company.
