Managers in project are biased. Deliberately distributes job wrongly on Team Leaders without doing their own job. Team Leaders here has very less opportunities to learn or upgrade themselves as throughout the day they only need to audit ( QA job ), followup of completion of different modules and PKT ( Trainers job ). They don't get feasible opportunities to create connect with Team members or conduct planned session for performance management or review people even after spending more than 10 hrs in office due to wrong distribution of job. Managers behaviors are highly unprofessional as they don't have ability to plan things and utilize the supporting department of Training and Quality for proper output resulting to high-level dissatisfied TLs and Associates. Further Managers in all departments are extremely biased and woman-izer. Please do join if and only if don't have other opportunities in hand....Read More

In The startek company Ghansoli location Company have poor management and very rude behavior of hr and Manger they are forcefully abscond the people . Worst company pls don't join here. Every month they will hire because everyone will leave the job within one month. Middle of the night they will ask you to come to office after giving work from home. You can't even use rest room in emergency purpose

The things which I've don't like over here that while getting promoted through an IJP they only made hike of 10% from previous salary which I thought not sufficient they should make a slab for each designation promotion like if an agent got promoted as an Senior executive so it should get a hike b/w 15-20% and if they promoted as anTL so it was should be 25-30% of salary hike but over it is not happening...Read More

Admin - Poor management of office Overall Environment - They will not care about anything rather than work, they have terminated so many employees without proper reasons, they have never arranged any outing for team with company budget, ER team is pathetic, Employee development or training- nothing, they never took any training sessions for support staff to upskill them. They don't have Cafeteria, Washrooms are always dirty. No tissue paper, no toi*et paper, Locker is not available for the employees to keep their belongings, No place to keep the bag, No celebration of Festival, No decoration on National holidays. People calls Startek as MNC but it is not, neither the work environment nor the people of Startek. Managers don't know how to speak and they call themselves "Manager".
