As far as my dept is concerned, work life balance is good

Very very worst company… they don’t even give work from home option after maternity leave atleast for few months … how can a women leave 6 month baby at home and return to office … no humanity …. If we ask wfh , HR saying forceful resignation!!! Actually in wfh option we have to do more claims than from office …

Too much internal politics, no recognition for the job. No much growth for freshers or for junior management. Appraisals and incentives will be in the higher side only for top management. Won't recommend for others.

Such an unappealing place to work. There is more politics at work. They will even disregard degree holders. Even if you are a DOCTOR that too BDS/BAMS/BHMS, they will not regard you and your credentials. HR is atrocious. Stated salary as per bond not provided. There is no work life balance. Keep on insisting to work on Sunday's in the name of roasters.
