Company's performance is good. I feel proud as an employee of Star Health and Allied Insurance Co Ltd. As I am an underwriting officer my boss and other calleague's from operation department are very co-operative with each other.

Sometimes we have to work on weekends and holidays too. IT section is poor. Promotional growth of operation team is very low. Poor increment every year.
