They giving the incentive percentage level is good and company will provide the Lunch.

Iam working past two years in star health insurance company , they are not giving the proper appraisals , and not flash the proper information to the team members.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
