Very low CTC , no corporate culture , if you sale a policy then you have to handel claim process and need lot of calling to execute your any query or requirement in operations or in claim department , in such low salary they put a lot of pressure and also from customer side you have to face every challange as seniors will just listen and no action , finally you will feel why I sold these policies , as I sold more than 2000 policies and now company can change anything without your knowledge , you will not get proper information , no replieson email , horrible sometime ....Read More

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
