Overall experience in to bad to work with Star Health & Allied Insurance Co. Ltd. They even not done appraisals of there employees below BM levels from last 2 years. Its a pathetic experience i has been working with Star Health.

Its purely a sales and marketing job with lots of unwanted pressure even if you are performer from the 1st day of joining and there will no employee benefit of employees who had below BM grade...

Everything is fine related to culture, growth, career, etc but the political culture is everywhere so here also vice versa... As a whole, company is good and hope to see good carrier in it if I'll remain for coming 5 years more...
