Please don't join Star Health if you want freedom for work and you want to join as a job so definitely this company is not for you. Becouse this company is not have any HR rules for their employees if you're want to survive this company so shut up and just do their targets and don't dare to talk about anything. Job Security - Theyare absolutely not providing any job security, you are definitely fire if you want to you're rights from company or management.! Work Culture - They are providing work culture as a home and Boss is always supporting their favorite employees specially females and making daily rules for employees except their favorite employees.! Management & Company Policy - They are definitely not providing any official timing related duty timing and not providing any mail related over time but definitely employees are working overtime daily basis exept (10-15) day's in month and no Saturday no Sunday for work.! Job is satisfactory but it is basically strictly target oriented. Only good point is that company provides care and support and timely salary according to market.

All thing is good.. working environment, seniors and colleagues all are very good only drawback from my side is monthly target and unsecured job security.
