The appraisal system and company culture has detoriated in last 1.5 years after the new Talent Acquisition and HR team has been placed. Lot of biasness around the teams, and given special attention to few people who can speak good but cannot deliver. Salary for HR team like HD operations, Talent acquisition who are based in Banaglore and Chennai is very poor. No market correction for them. They had let go of top performers with the teams. The company was good two years back i.e. until 2023. Good projects and managed work life balances even in the tough times. But we have flexible hybrid model which is good at SCB GBS Pvt Ltd

In previous each and evry deportment have one HR, if we facing any issue or thought will raise question, eg: in previous any one resigned the job hr will contact the employees will ask the reason for resigned the job, but when I resigned the job HR didn't contact me....
