once you are onboarded, forget about getting promoted/ salary hike for few years.. no transparency in appraisals all bosses has favourites ans they get into limelight. only few senior colleagues are left with real MNC culture.

In previous each and evry deportment have one HR, if we facing any issue or thought will raise question, eg: in previous any one resigned the job hr will contact the employees will ask the reason for resigned the job, but when I resigned the job HR didn't contact me....

Company is moving towards open source API based application. Good health insurance policy.

No hike happened for 2023 & 2024. Company expection is do work of 40 hrs in 4 hrs. Company is only concerned on cost cutting from past 2 years. At this point of time it's big no to join this company
