Last two years no promotions, no increments. no replacements for the employees who left company. Company policies are followed in letter and spirit. Implementation of internal policies is done with utmost professionalism. Lot of check and balances are there so that there is no room to bypass such policies.
Personal growth, work life balance, remuneration as per market standards - these factors are not given slightest of importance by department heads. Lack of support from seniors and blame game when things go wrong. Internal politics has reached to the levels of toxicity. Some innocent employees are even victims of vendetta politics.
