Bad culture and HR, you are not considered a part. They just consider you as a resource who came for sometime, and then you exit. Learning opportunities are bad and growth is slow af.

No fixed shift hours, long prolonged work, not so good in work-life balance, lot of TCS people are running the org thus making it more like TCS only, sometimes have to work 12hrs+. Kind of difficult to manage time for your self-learning.
