Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? We all staffs , students even the patients most like the surrounding filled with gardens and trees which gives relief after completing the heavy duty . There's a work pressure they don't care about your physical as well as mental health, no job satisfaction , less salary if you are a trainee or a fresher ( that too not on time) along with that 8+ hours of duty. They just take advantages.
