Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. - There is no growth in the career. - We cannot expect any promotions / appraisal for our work done as the promotion will take place only if one completes 10 years of service and that too very low hike of between 1000-1500 increase in your payroll. - The pay is very less compared to the market standards

We all staffs , students even the patients most like the surrounding filled with gardens and trees which gives relief after completing the heavy duty .
