Read this before joining. The interview process was not an issue. It went so smoothly and everyone was quite humble and respectful. But the truth is only revealed when you begin working there. Before joining you have to submit all your original certificates to them (this is common in this field). The rules and regulations of the college will be informed to you only after joining. There were very uncomfortable rules, on my first day I was informed I had to kneel to seek blessings and I was forced to follow that which made me feel humiliated & my self respect was crushed. Even if u took a leave for a day, no matter what the reason maybe but you should be present there if a meeting is held by the chairperson. Despite all these rules the basic sanitary hygiene is compromised. In staff restrooms no proper dustbin were placed & a common dustbin is kept in between students and staff restrooms. During university exams the restrooms are locked to keep students from using the restrooms. Other than this there is a very strict dress code for staff with no nail polish, only plain blouse designs are allowed, the sleeves of the blouse shouldn't be shorter or longer, no bangles & matching earrings were allowed....Read More

For interview making candidate to wait for long time. Politics. Asking staffs to always kneel down for blessing if not done scolding in front of all . Staffs not treated in proper way. Like criminals wil give punishment make to stay in front of office room till 5 or 5.30 pm just for name sake and send home.
