Only the colleagues are cooperative but the management is pathetic. Current VP of the school has no manners to talk with parents, teaching and non teaching staff.

Too much unnecessary work load, terrible handling of schedules, seniors used to shout on juniors or new employs, VP can shout anywhere she often insult her staff in front of everyone. If school has some big event she will keep on giving you mental pressure. The employees work here oftenly changes there is very few permanent staff and science department is highly unstable in this school. There is so much work pressure, you never manage your personal life with thi school working culture.

Working hierarchy there seniors never respect the work of juniors, they shout anytime on teachers in front of whole classroom full of kids. And in pandemic time they are paying so much less amount which even not justified the pocket money of anyone.
