Only the colleagues are cooperative but the management is pathetic. Current VP of the school has no manners to talk with parents, teaching and non teaching staff.

Dislikes

Too much unnecessary work load, terrible handling of schedules, seniors used to shout on juniors or new employs, VP can shout anywhere she often insult her staff in front of everyone. If school has some big event she will keep on giving you mental pressure. The employees work here oftenly changes there is very few permanent staff and science department is highly unstable in this school. They keep on fired teachers without any particular reason.

Nothing. There is nothing to like about this school.

Dislikes

Unnecessary pressure .Teachers are treated badly.Stay back duration is long .Teachers are always doing the work of school even at home also . Lot of clerical work is done by teachers & have to make notebooks ( more than 7-8 notebooks ) apart from this always pressurized to wear certain clothes according to them only .Since I joined this school & till now dress code has been changed several times.They think we are earning money( our hard earned money ) to buy specific dress for this school where the job security is zero .No respect for teachers at all .This school needs the superhuman or robots because only these can survive at this worst place I have ever seen in my life .You will get time at your home for necessary things to do only for instance having food , going to washroom thats it .They expect you to work till late night & start working at 5 am. All the time they ping you on whatsapp .You will not get time for anything In charges shout at the teachers in front the students and also bully the teachers all the time .Specially incharge of classes IX & X bullies the teacher in front of the whole class during the observation. This school is only focusing on digital marketing and doesn't care about the working environment .They really need someone to open their eyes so that they would realize that they need to make the working environment friendly for the teachers.Last but not least teachers are humans ,they have their family & personal life .This school should respect its teachers

Everything... It is a small sweet shop where teachers are treated as a bulk of sweets... Changed every other day. THE FUTURE OF THE STUDENTS IN THIS KIND OF LEARNING ATMOSPHERE IS SIMPLY BLEAK!

There is so much work pressure, you never manage your personal life with thi school working culture.

Dislikes

Working hierarchy there seniors never respect the work of juniors, they shout anytime on teachers in front of whole classroom full of kids. And in pandemic time they are paying so much less amount which even not justified the pocket money of anyone.
