Worst company ever I am part of operations team it's almost 2 years I am working here but I have not got any appraisal and bonus They just say You Don't do anything my client has trade confirmation process which he trades in good volume but it's still not worth they just favor female employees more be careful guys before joining this company

1) insult from manager on daily basis based on his mood 2) no proper training. Only observe at the time training and you need to start processing by your own. No SOP maintained. 3) promotion only to full time MBA and CA and if you are not full time MBA and CA then wait for your promotion till 4 to 5 years of completion in the firmCurrently one full time MBA was promoted every year from associate to senior associate and from senior associate to associate manager. 4) promotion is happening only on favouritism and not on performance. My discussion was happened with associate director for my promotion but at the time of promotion he gave promotion to other guy may be I was not full time MBA and CA. 5) if your manager, associate director and director knows each other from last 4 to 5 years in SS&C then your life will be hell at workplace. There is lot for learning which no one will teach you , you have to take efforts and adapt , no limit for scope of learning, flexible in work timings & leaves and hybrid working system.
