I liked the open culture and flexiblity to work at home , real good teamwork, leaning, innovation and work life balance and as well give ideas it is huge learning experience recommended place to go..the places where star are not given are places I have not touched .. so I cannot give real feedback on same..

I cannot comment on this as I loved the work they are doing and only reason for me to connect to..

Work Details

The work for any startup is challenging but comes with package of huge satisfaction leaning and growth.. there were times when I felt the people cannot visualize their work i , due to many competitors offering same in free or govt scheme n convinced them

Likes

People were passionate on what they do.We had full independence over the software tools tasks to work on. General Outing trips from company were fun. We knew the in and out of the whole product.

Dislikes

Clearly they don't have much technical knowledge so guiding or reviewing the code was not possible.There were no clear objectives. Less pay compared to similar jobs positions. Less motivation and guidance from the senior people. Sometimes work related to sales was also needs to be done by the software people which was not nice.

Work was mostly handling to codebase ourselves fixing bugs and improving the software as a whole.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
