*If you are joining as fresher, you must submit all the original education certificate also have sign the two years bond. *There are no proper resource management operation, HR team will follow the higher management role people. *If you are dropping notice period mail, none of members in your team won't be in notice period otherwisethey will rejected the paper. *Never get the proper hike or promation if don't have any contacts in higher management role people. *They doesn't give the minimum level respect for our tenure....Read More

Management is good and care about you. One can improve the skills and look forward to learn new technologies. I would suggest this if you can sacrifice few things like infrastructure and other IT life style.

Dislikes

HR team should be more responsible and give more attention to the employees. Should improve the infrastructure, shift allowance applications and parking facilities.
