salary delay, working on sundays, holidays, till 5.15pm working cilture ,daily 7/8 periods for every teacher,very less holidays, if anyday meeting means..upto8.30pm,every two months.....teacher changing frequently..

Worst organization without following any CBSE Norms . The Principal is forcing teachers for paper correction & results manipulating by paying money to observation team. Daily 7/8 class per PGT/TGT Teachers. No PET class being a CBSE School. Teachers are asked to submit original certificate at the time of joining & no salary credited if it fails. Sunday, Dewali ,Durgapuja vacation also class. Physical classes in school upto 7pm before 2 months of halfyearly/Annual exam . after regourios stupidity effort, Results also they try to manipulate. Salary credited on 10th of every month, .Objecting to all these problems means your job is Terminated. Think deeply... Teachers are leaving the school every month bcz of hectic Sunday , National holiday & overloaded class (7-8/day). Salary doesn't credited in time (on 10th). Original certificate submit compulsory fails no salary credited. Just five days before end of month they will ask to submit. Which is against of Supreme court verdict. Management conducts one sided scolding to teachers meeting after school hour up to 7-8pm. Nonsense principal to management. Every month ur mind will strike 10 times to leave but waiting for Salary goes to 10th ...almost 1/3rd of next month.!!!!!...Read More
