Company is ok for anyone seeking an average job. Please note that you should be ready to have your mental peace shattered.

This company could do a lot better if they have fixed office policies and great work culture (unlike making up rules, just to harass their own employees). Working here only reminded me - in order to grow in our skills, career and individually - you have to keep trying to spoon the hierarchy above. HR here doesn't even have a single clue on what a HR does or what exactly are common HR policies (Unethical & Immoral, just exactly how a HR shouldn't be). The pay is ultimately bad, with the company trying to hide behind the percentage offering on the placements, which again is very meagre with the worst possible rates we receive from the Implementation clients. Finally, the Global Manager here will act like cornered ferret anytime he feels his insecurities seeping out, without any proper reasoning or understanding.
