The way they lie about their company the time of hiring. Even more experienced will believe those words are true.

Pure politics from top to bottom. If you are person who respect the work ethics, professionalism this is not the right place. They just see their resources as same as their assets like computer. No respect for honesty and if you talk employees friendly that's is the day you comes into their radar. Even though you may have done huge contributions for company at the time of leaving they will show their true colors. You will feel like working in garments company rather than IT. HR team is Fabolous in keeping the employees life miserable. They don't even that outside world is different. You will feel like in school if interact with them after joining. I even forget to miss my family at times working in this organization because this place and the coworkers are already like a family.

SMI has a good work environment. Management understands the employees and they are transparent in all aspects. Every employees are recognized here and their ideas are valued. The company has flexible working hours which gives us a perfect work life balance.

Medical insurance policies can be improvised and few other benefits can be added to the employee allowances.

I am working as a Technical Lead in SMI for the past 4 years and I would whole heartedly say that this is the best organization I have worked so far.

I joined SMI as a fresher with zero practical knowledge. Proper guidance and training have been offered by the development team. With their tremendous support, now I can see myself as a technical head with better industry knowledge.

Dislikes

No disadvantage to mention as it is more fun to work in this organization.
