Being a female staff, I enjoy flexible working hours. They are more considerate about all female employees and once we finish our task we can leave. You can maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Dislikes

The only disadvantage is I had to commute from a very long distance. But once I am in, the peaceful work environment makes me feel stress free.

I have been working with SMI since 2020 as a developer. This organization has flexible working hours and it is not restricted. They have perfect work culture.

To be honest this is a very good organization to work for. They provide excellent training. Lots of chances to learn new technologies. Being a developer we all need to upgrade our skills periodically and SMI guarantees our growth in all technical zones.

Work Details

I have joined as a developer in SMI in 2018. In the past 3 years, the company has provided several training programs to enhance our technical knowledge. I am extremely happy to be a part of this organization.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. The way they lie about their company the time of hiring. Even more experienced will believe those words are true.

Pure politics from top to bottom. If you are person who respect the work ethics, professionalism this is not the right place. They just see their resources as same as their assets like computer. No respect for honesty and if you talk employees friendly that's is the day you comes into their radar. Even though you may have done huge contributions for company at the time of leaving they will show their true colors. You will feel like working in garments company rather than IT. HR team is Fabolous in keeping the employees life miserable. They don't even that outside world is different. You will feel like in school if interact with them after joining. Bond but they call it service agreement. And by all means they’ll break it. But we can’t. Leave policy. If you are your manager’s favourite you’ll be given all the perks. If not no. No promotions no matter how much effort you put. Managerial politics. Damnnn they play favourites! No medical coverage. Not even this is done. Job security is worst. They are expecting low paid inters all their life. HR team is a bunch of jokers. Literally have only 3 or 4 in their HR team and they all behave like some pre kg school teachers. With freaking damaged English and work ethics. They expect girls to never get married or pregnant. If they do they’ll fire them no prior notice No cafeteria Poor cabs Still uses old technologies. Have no clue why they are afraid to upgrade Only people above 35 to 40 who have no other job opportunities and want to settle in Madurai are here. Can’t expect IT culture here.
