Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. In Sri Comfort Air Product and Services, every employees and colleague help each other to improve their skills and to understand the work, seniors and planning team provide perfect challenges for their employees based on our skills. If any problem happen at work, instead of blaming the employee all try to fix that problem.

Dislikes

The company is bit busy all the time, work process is little poor. Travelling is more but as the job required travelling, then it's not the problem. Monthly allowance and salary receive always after the due date.
